Choosing to stay at the Casale dei Frontini is like venturing into a unique culinary experience, where the flavours of the most authentic Umbria await you.
Our dishes, prepared with love following traditional recipes, are a tribute to local history and culture.
Our Chianina beef, extra-virgin olive oil, and vegetables harvested from our vegetable garden, just a few steps from the farmhouse, are just some of the delights that will make you feel at home.
You can enjoy the tasty dishes of our cuisine and local products, such as ‘tagliatelle al sugo d'oca’, ‘tagliata di Chianina’, ‘zuppa di farro’ and ‘agnello al forno’, or many other traditional Umbrian dishes, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses or wines such as Grechetto di Todi and Sagrantino di Montefalco.
Dinner is served at 8 p.m. with a set menu that changes every evening to offer you new surprises. If you are still not sure about half board, we offer you the B&B solution, so you can decide day by day when to stop for dinner.
And for vegetarians, don't worry, our kitchen is equipped to delight even the most demanding palates with fresh vegetables from the garden and local produce, just let us know in advance.
In our restaurant, every morning from 8:00 to 9:30 AM you can enjoy a breakfast of homemade cakes, biscuits and tarts with jams and honey from our own production.
Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can still try our restaurant, just make a reservation.
But don't worry, our guests always have priority!
